Driving by car we are just off Junction 27 of the M5
Train to Tiverton Parkway Station which is situated in Sampford Peverell village, and a 30 min walk, taxi ride or Bus to the house

Local Area
The house is walking distance to the village with a pub (serving tasty food), tennis courts, a small shop and gorgeous walks, cycles or kayaks along the Great Western Canal, right on our doorstep, where you can see a variety of wildlife. Fishing is allowed with a licence. The nearest large chain supermarkets are either in Tiverton or Cullompton.
Tiverton Parkway station and the M5 are very close to the village giving easy access to explore both north and south coasts. A huge number of local varied attractions are on offer, from beaches, Moors (Dartmoor, Exmoor), to shopping in Exeter or Bristol, theme parks, National Trust properties and river walks. We have put together a folder of leaflets for you to choose what to do when you arrive.
Facilities
A newly renovated 2 bedroom space (1 double, 1 bunk beds) on the ground floor, with its own bathroom, kitchen and small lounge. Set within a detached home (with a locked connecting door) overlooking far reaching views of the quiet Devon countryside.
It has parking right outside its own front door, with a step into and out of the property onto the patio, otherwise its all level inside. A raised toilet seat, and a foldable shower seat on the wall in the shower. Its a shared patio and garden, with an inbuilt trampoline, a chicken run and grass to play games. We would just ask guests to respect the use of the patio and garden with the family living there.
There is no TV (but a monitor to plug into a laptop and use the wifi, or a USB stick). It is no smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets allowed.
All bedding and towels included, along with a small and compact fully functioning kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, grill, hob), and crockery/cutlery.

Costs
We can be flexible to discuss arrangements and a price relevant for your stay.
But as an estimate for a 7 night stay in low season (Oct – May) £350, and in high season (June – Sep) £500
Energy Provision: All electricity, heating, water and Wifi included
