How to get there:
There are great direct transport links available via bus, train and tram enabling you to easily get to central London, Victoria Station, Trafalgar Square and all the Airports.
We have the 176 bus that goes to Trafalgar Square 24 hours a day.
Trains from Penge East to Victoria Station in about 30 minutes. Other local stations are Penge West and Crystal Palace that can link you all over London. Trains: Anerley, Metro: Brixton, links with Elizabeth Line (Heathrow Airport – 30 mins), Metro New Cross: links to Canary Wharf, bus: Victoria Coach Station.
We are 23 mins from Gatwick and 12 mins from London City airports.

We have a variety of restaurants offering French, Portuguese, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Greek, German, Jamaican and Italian cuisine. Also, a variety of pubs with or without live music. A variety of fish and chips and fried chicken shops are open 24 hours. We have Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S and Waitrose (Beckham 10 mins by bus), Aldi, Lidl and many other culturally accessible markets and shops.
Crystal Palace Park and Museum, Sydenham Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club, Marberley Playing Fields, The Park – West Norwood.
Using public transport, we are a few minutes away from Greenwich Park, Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Tower of London, Big Ben, Banqueting House, Sky Garden, Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park and all the famous shops in Kensington.

The accommodation is in a three-story house that has been fully modernised. It has three-hundred-year-old reclaimed flooring from Welsh churches throughout the property. A family home with no pets or children.
Each room of the house boasts beautifully designed layouts and colour coordination, that flows throughout the property. Your room will be on the second floor next to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower shared only with the host.
Ideal for visiting family and sightseeing the city. The accommodation has a lovely front garden with a table and chairs to enjoy. Free public parking on the street outside. and a lovely calm, relaxing vibe throughout the entire property.
Also heating, air conditioning, quality bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning products, a wardrobe, a hairdryer, a modern smart TV, a lovely bed suitable for two with a side table and lamp and a mini bar.
A study area with a work light and comfy chair and WiFi, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The accommodation is accessed by self-check in to ensure full flexibility for arriving and departing to ensure all guests receive the best experience possible at our accommodation.
No provision for disability, children or pets.

Costs
£60 per night for the room (Accommodates two people). For availability, please discuss with host (via phone or text messages). Once messaged we will respond accordingly.
All bookings will have a £10 cleaning fee added to the booking.

Reservations for the room will be booked on the calendar once payment is accepted and cleared.
All payments will be via PayPal and any refunds will only be paid into the same account that was used for the initial payment, (no exceptions).
Cancellations: 50% of the total payment for the accommodation will be non-refundable and the remaining 50% will be refundable for one week from the booking date.
Any bookings up to one week of the desired stay will be non-refundable.
There will be a cleaning fee of £10 to ensure the room is professionally cleaned for the next guest.
Energy Provision:
All costs are included in the period of stay. To save energy please turn off the lights in any room that you are not using or if you leave the accommodation for the day.
The mini bar will be turned off on your arrival, please turn it on if you require it and turn it off when you don’t.

Arrival and Departure times:
It can be agreed, at times for earlier arrival or bag dropping, however, usually 5pm and departure from 9 till 10am.
Pets: No provision.
