5 Haylot Square is located in a small prize-winning housing estate on the canal-side site of a former textile mill. Planned around pedestrianised squares, with private car parking all round the perimeter, it is located on the edge of the town centre, with restaurants, wine bars, shopping centre, supermarkets all within a 10 minute walk, together with museums, theatres, cinemas, castle, quayside, riverside footpaths and cycleways etc. Williamson Park with the magnificent Ashton Memorial is also within walking distance.
The seaside resort of Morecambe is 4 miles away, by road or cycle-way, as is historic Glasson Dock. Delightful coastal towns and villages – Arnside, Sliverdale, Grange etc – are also nearby and accessible by road or rail. Kendal and the Lake District is 30 minutes’ drive away.

The house is a cosy, modern and well-appointed 3 bedroomed terrace with a private two-tier back yard/garden, and pleasant ‘piazza’ aspect at the front. Private parking is just outside the back gate.

Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and fridge with icebox.

Costs
Prices range from £420 to £595 for 7 nights depending upon season. Short break rates also available.

Availability
Available all year round. Minimum three night stay.
Arrival and Departure times: Arrive after 3.00 pm depart by 10 am.
Booking arrangements: All bookings considered subject to availability. Minimum 2 nights.
