Train available to Milford Haven, from Paddington, Bristol, Cardiff etc
National Express Coach from London via Bristol, Newport and Swansea.

There are tourist buses in summer season.

Local Nisa less than 1 mile
Lidl, just over a mile.
Tesco in Milford Haven and Haverfordwest – they also deliver to the cottage.
Morrisons in Haverfordwest
Pubs, restaurants and hotels all around. Mostly small and very good quality.
MacDonald’s and a drive through Costa are newly arrived in Milford Haven!
Local fish and chips very good!
Leisure Attractions – beaches, countryside, parks, etc
Nearest beach 3 miles. A choice of 15 or more beaches all within half an hour. Beaches are according to what you want to do! Sandy, surfing, pebbles, rock pools, swimming, paddle boarding or any other watersports. Look up Sandy Haven, Marloes, St Brides, Newgale, Broad Haven, Little Haven, for a taster.
Dale is close as a centre for water sports.
Milford Haven Marina is a collection of shops, galleries, a 10 pin bowling alley and restaurants.
Easy access to South Pembrokeshire for Barafundle Beach, Broadhaven South, Freshwater West, Freshwater East, Tenby, Manorbier.
Pembrokeshire Coast Path is accessible less than a mile from the cottage.
St Davids with cathedral and amenities is 45 minutes drive.
Facilities
Accommodation : Sleeps 6 or 7 – with travel cot available.
Downstairs: double bedroom, family bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, small lounge, large lounge with TV, galley kitchen, dining room, lean-to sunroom with access to large garden.
Upstairs: first bedroom with double bed and single bed leading to connected double bedroom. Please note, access upstairs is via steep stairs that might not be suitable for very young or those with disability. Also the upstairs has sloped roof so if you are tall, you need to be aware!
Garden is extensive but on a steep bank with steps and different levels. Young children need supervising. It may not be guaranteed dog proof if yours is a wanderer! There is a outdoor table and chairs near the back door and chairs on a higher level for morning sunshine.
Private parking space opposite and street parking outside the house.
Kitchen has small dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, microwave and cooker.
Tumble dryer is in the dining room.
Wifi throughout the house.
TV is smart TV, ready for catch up TV on all channels. Suitable for bringing your own firestick or similar if you have it.
Dog friendly, but please ensure their mess is cleared up.
All bed linen provided and cleaner costs included in the rental, but please bring your own towels.

Costs
1st April – 31st September £550 per week
1st October – 31st March £400 per week or £70 per night (2 night minimum)
Energy Provision: Charges included in tariff.

Inclusion of Pets – dogs welcome; check Pembrokeshire CC website for summer beach restrictions. NB there is always somewhere to walk, just parts of some of the beaches during the summer are limited
Arrival and Departure times. Arrive afternoon, depart before lunchtime to enable cleaning.
Booking arrangements – we try to be as flexible as possible. As a clergy person, I often do morning services and travel Sunday afternoon. This is without doubt the best time to get into Pembrokeshire, with regards traffic, especially in summer season.
